I experienced a plugged sewer line on the morning of September 11, 2006. Your two-page ad in the El Dorado County AT&T Yellow Pages is the reason I called your company. The lady that answered your telephone was very courteous and extremely helpful. This service continued my feeling of having made the right choice in calling Domco. The fact that your technician was at my house that same day was unbelievable. Your technician explained, in a language that I could understand, all that needed to be done along with the prices and gave me suggestions on how he could resolve my sewer line problems. Even more startling was the fact that he could start the job that same day and have it completed the next day. You are very lucky to have such a hardworking employee. The work he performed was back-breaking and done on an extremely hot day with no complaints. He is a credit to your company. My whole experience with Domco was very professional. My old water heather was leaking from the bottom and was in danger of breaking and flooding my garage. In October I purchased a new water heater from Lowes, at that time I was informed that your company would be installing the water heater. A few days later your technician came to my residence and installed the new water heater. I would like to compliment this young man for his courteous manner, skills and leaving my garage neat and clean. Your company is very fortunate to have such a skilled and valuable employee. Seldom do I write companies or corporations to give them praise for a job well done. It seems quality workmanship and good customer service are a thing of the past these days. Domco is an exception. I have used your company several times now and have always been extremely pleased...you show up on time, do exactly what you say, and the quality of work is second to none. I know what I'm talking about. I confess to using another company recently on one of my rentals to try to save a few pennies, but they messed things up so bad that I had to call you to come and fix their mistakes!! NEVER AGAIN.
